Scope of Project:
Park with walkways, exercise equipment, playground, shade structures, picnic tables, trash cans, benches, grills drinking fountain, new restrooms, nature trail, new parking lot, new fences
Demo site (remove existing baseball fields, fencing, backstops, concrete, trees, clear and grub entire nature area 1 1/2 acres)
Grade entire park 2 ½ acres and exported excess dirt offsite
Landscape (trees, shrubs, lawn, mulch, decomposed granite at tables and picnic area)

Playground equipment
Hardscape (walkways, stairs, handicap ramp, curb, gutter, bio retention basin, metal railing at playground and handicap ramp, retaining walls at playground with stone veneer and caps)
Resilient rubber surfacing at playground equipment

Park lighting throughout entire park
Exercise equipment stations
Restroom rehabilitation (new framing, plumbing, restroom fixtures, partitions, tile, paint, epoxy flooring, lighting)
Rehab trash enclosure (new metal fencing, new roof, paint)
Parking lot (new asphalt installation, paint parking stalls)
Site drainage (new storm drain lines, catch basins, grates in sidewalks)
Nature trail (DG, boulders, benches, trees, hydroseeding)
Site furniture (picnic tables, benches, trash cans, recycling cans, dog waste stations, santa maria bbq grills, drinking fountain)
Park monument sign (at main entry, commemorative plaque, art installation)
Sandblast City logo into new cement and epoxy paint
