Grade entire 1 acre park site
Landscape (trees, shrubs, turf, mulch)

Site drainage (new storm drain lines, catch basins)
Hardscape (curb and gutter, walkways, stairs, handrails, seeded concrete, colored concrete)

Shade structures (all shade sail elements over picnic area and exercise equipment)
Exercise equipment
Resilient rubber surfacing
Park lighting (walkway lights, shade structure lights, bollards)
Site furniture (benches, picnic tables, trash cans, dog waste stations, drinking fountain)
