Import lightweight planter soil (by crane, gravel, mulch up multiple levels into planters)
Landscape (large palms throughout, trees, shrubs, mulch and sand installed at ground level and upper level planters)
Decomposed granite walking trails through park
Beach sand installation in courtyards at childrens play area and hammocks at buildings 1 and 6
Synthetic turf (grass) installation at courtyards and dog park
Sod (grass) installed at large community park
Dog park installation (synthetic turf, irrigation system with fertigation tank with deodorizers, dog waste stations, trash cans, benches)
Concrete pottery with irrigation and plant material throughout all 6 buildings and common areas.
