Import lightweight planter soil (pump soil, gravel, mulch up multiple levels into planters)
Landscape (trees, shrubs, mulch installed at ground level and upper level planters)
Irrigation (all levels)
Coordination with LA Urban Forestry for approval and planting of street trees
Pavers on pedestals on upper levels at pools, courtyards, and walkways
Zen Deck (Ipe wood deck surrounded with water, rocks, shrubs, and screening plant material)
