Scope of Project:
Total buildings 1, planters, pavers on pedestals, dog park
Import lightweight planter soil (pump soil, gravel, mulch up multiple levels into planters)
Landscape (trees, shrubs, mulch installed at ground level and upper level planters)
Irrigation (all levels)
Coordination with LA Urban Forestry for approval and planting of street trees
Pavers on pedestals on upper levels at pools, courtyards, and walkways
Dog park installation (synthetic turf, irrigation system with fertigation tank with deodorizers, dog play equipment, dog waste stations)
Pool Deck
Roof Pool, Spa, BBQ Area, and Dog Run
