Demo of large concrete handball court, volleyball court, sod, drainage and trees
Mass grading of site, stockpile soil for off-haul
Upgrade storm drain, install catch basin, and new storm drain throughout improvement areas
Pour concrete pad, basketball goal post footings, shade structure footings, playground climbing structure footings, and new sidewalks
New landscape and irrigation throughout.

Shade structure, decomposed granite picnic area, and picnic benches
Seating throughout new concrete patios including high tops, cafe tables, and Adirondacks
Bocce ball courts with drainage, synthetic turf, redwood bumpers
Additional concrete slab, fencing, and additional seating at pickleball courts
